The locking upper clasp features a rubber-coated inside pad to prevent scratching the shaft, and the hardware is made of 316 Stainless Steel. The stabilizer can fold 90 degrees to be parallel with the shaft when fishing, and the wide rubber solid base provides stability and impact coverage. The internal shock-absorbing 316 stainless steel spring has a 40-pound capacity, and the locking shaft housing ensures a secure fit.
